 Christmas Blessings to the orphans: Christmas celebrations with the loving orphans at MOTHER TERESA HOME was an effort that meant pouring medicine of love into a sick world of the healing which has transformed all manner of hearts.  Rotaract Club Chandigarh Himalayan with the support of Rotaract Himalayan Ranges organized a sports event for the orphans. More than 250 kids from Orphanages in and around the city participated. Both Track events and Fun games were included.  Rock event organized at Desh Bhagat Institute. Everyone rocked to the tunes of 4 outstanding bands .Event was a huge success. |
Hop-on Hop-off Bus Ride:Efforts to spend time with special children of Samarth Institute.Kids were given a ride across the city on Chandigarh tourism bus and places like Sukhna Lake, Rose Garden etc were visited.  Fund Raiser event for Samarth Institute(school for mentally challenged and disabled children).An overwhelming crowd of about 150 couples tapped their feet on the hot Latin rhythms.  DIWALI CELEBRATIONS AT OLD AGE HOMEOn the well lit occasion of Diwali, we celebrated with our elders who shared their experiences of life & showered us with plethora of blessings. JALSA FEVER : RCCH has successfully co-organized “JALSA” two consecutive years with the Dainik Bhaskar group.The excited cheers and applause of students echoing during the performances at the fest was contagious as the large crowd gathered caught up with the excitement.  |
